You wish to train the future professionals (leader or consultant) of the digital transformation to help company and leaders to switch  their business? 
You like to share your experience and pass on your skills? 
We are looking for someone like you to share their knowledge and skills as mentors for our Digital Transformation path designed with in partnership with a prestigious University in the US.

Your mission: lead your students towards success thanks to weekly follow-up videoconference sessions

  • Passion: Dynamic and enthusiastic, you share your energy and your motivation is communicative.
  • Pedagogy: You know how to adapt to the differents profiles and needs of each of your students, and how to organize your mentoring sessions accordingly
  • Communication: You always place yourself in a collaborative work mode, popularizing complex concepts, sharing constructive feedback
  • Cooperation: You carry out a rigorous and structured follow-up of your students, in connection with OpenClassrooms.
  • With OpenClassrooms, you continuously learn from your students and keep up to date with developments of your professional environment

Requirements


What are the prerequisites for mentoring on this path? 

You have at least 3 years of professional experience as manager on transformation digital projects?

 You are comfortable with winning support for large-scale digital transformation project, creating new business models that redefine value creation and customer relationships or structuring data collection to help an organization become data driven?

    You are familiar with the concepts of communicating the potential of disruptive technologies (blockchain, cloud, IA, robotics...) and leading upskilling/reskilling programs as part of organizational transformation?
